Returns & right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving a reason.

Email service@nickjoel.art with your name, order number and the item. You can also use the withdrawal link in the footer or your customer account. You will get a confirmation email.

You can also start a return from your account after delivery.

Return the print unused, within 14 days of that notice, to:

Return postage is yours unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong print. We refund the product price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until the print is back).
Faulty prints: photo + email service@nickjoel.art within 48 hours of delivery.
Prints are made to order. Your 14-day withdrawal right still applies.
